I understand that in the event of any accident or incident which occurs during a Club activity, directly caused by my actions, (even when acting on advice given by others) no claim may be made by me, my estate or on my behalf against the Sky Surfing Club, its Officers, Coaches or Members, or against any Landowner and/or Site Operator.
   
   Furthermore, I understand that I may be held liable by the injured party for any damage or loss resulting from any accident or incident occurring during Club activity directly caused by my actions, (even when acting on advice given by others).
3. I agree to abide by the rules of the Club and understand that my flying membership is only valid if I am a full flying member of the BHPA and have the correct Pilot Rating.
4. To aid the efficient distribution of Club information, the Sky Surfing Club may hold some membership information on a computerised database. I understand this will include my details. If you object to your details being held on computer, please include a signed letter with your application/renewal. Please note, however that Members whose details are not held on the membership database may not be kept informed of Club activities and information, including important updates on new and and existing sites.
5. The Sky Surfing Club may be required to disclose membership details to certain parties that have a legitimate requirement for information. This includes, (but is not limited to) Landowners and/or Site Operators. I understand that membership of the Club is conditional on me agreeing to this disclosure. The Club undertakes all reasonable precautions to ensure that Members details are not disclosed to any organisation, commercial enterprise, individuals or other parties outside of the Sky Surfing Club that does not have a legitimate need to access the information.
6. I confirm that should I receive Members details by virtue of being a Sky Surfing Club member, I will not disclose such information to any organisation, commercial enterprise, individuals or other parties outside of the Sky Surfing Club.
